01The service and scope of these terms

RealSyncer is a browser-based CRM for the professional business activities of real estate agents and agencies. It supports properties, clients, requirements, mandates, deals, viewings, documents, tasks, reporting and workflows.

The service provider is the person or organisation identified in the operator details. RealSyncer is not a real estate brokerage and its operator does not become a party to the agency’s client contracts. Users are responsible for checking calculations and suggestions.

This draft prepares terms for business use. If the service is later offered to consumers, mandatory consumer information and rights must be addressed separately.

02Applications, registration and contracting

A beta application expresses interest; it does not create a paid subscription or guarantee an invitation. Access may be rolled out gradually. Invitations are personal, single-use and expire.

Account information must be accurate and current. Anyone acting for an agency must have the appropriate authority. Details can be corrected before submitting the form; profile details can later be changed in profile settings.

The final contracting process must make the terms available to read and save in advance, record acceptance and define confirmation. Contract language, written status, filing and later access remain to be finalised. Viewing this draft does not constitute acceptance.

03Beta operation and trial period

The beta service is under development: features and appearance may change, and errors or temporary interruptions may occur. The invitation or individual arrangement defines access duration and conditions.

New workspaces currently receive a configured trial of 14 days. Trial expiry does not itself authorise a charge. Paid service requires a separate agreement setting out fees and payment terms.

04Plans, fees and payment

The homepage describes planned packages and features. The beta form is not a payment or order form. Future features described on the homepage depend on actual package availability and the individual agreement.

Before paid subscriptions launch, the full price, VAT treatment, billing period, payment method and deadline, renewal, plan changes, cancellation and refunds must be clearly defined. Until then, this draft cannot form the basis of a paid order.

05Account security and acceptable use

Users must protect their credentials, use permissions appropriately, report suspicious access and keep their information accurate. Agencies are responsible for staff access and revoking it when appropriate.

Unauthorised data retrieval, access to another workspace, bypassing security controls, deliberate overload, malicious uploads and storing or publishing content that violates others’ rights are prohibited.

Only upload information and documents that you or your agency are entitled to process. Agencies must verify public listing content and their authority to publish it.

06Data, documents and intellectual property

Rights to uploaded content remain with their holders. The provider may process content only as necessary to deliver the service under the processing agreement. Using the software and branding does not transfer ownership.

Personal data processing is addressed in the Privacy policy and the processing agreement to be concluded with the agency. The final agreement must cover instructions, subprocessors, security, incidents, assistance with requests and data return or deletion.

07Availability, support and liability

An appropriate internet connection and a modern browser are required. Send support requests and bug reports to the contact address above. Guaranteed availability, response times or recovery times require a separate agreement.

Reports, commission estimates and property matching use recorded data and do not guarantee deals or revenue. Currency conversion is indicative and uses configured rates that may not be live.

The parties are responsible for performing their obligations under applicable law. The final contract cannot exclude liability that the law makes non-excludable. Any additional liability limits or service commitments require further agreement.

08Ending access and handling data

Users can request deletion of their account on the profile page. Account deletion does not itself close an agency workspace, delete every document or terminate a separate subscription agreement; contact the provider separately for these requests.

The final contract must specify grounds for suspension and termination, notice periods, data return formats and deadlines, and deletion procedures. Retention and continued use of beta data require separate information before testing ends.

09Contact, disputes and amendments

Send questions, complaints or contractual requests to the email address above. The parties will first seek to resolve disputes through direct discussion; this does not restrict access to courts or authorities.

The final terms must specify their effective date, applicable law, how amendments are communicated and their effect on existing contracts. Changing this website does not itself make new terms retrospectively accepted.
